Giving customers what they want requires knowing your customers.  One large retailer found itself in the unenviable position of not having point-of-sale information on its customers and, to make matters worse, not having complete and accurate customer information from its direct marketing initiatives.

After closely analyzing client data PSA developed a fully customized database management solution that addressed both new and existing customer data issues.  The data management program was designed to solve current problems and to expand to accommodate future growth.  The PSA solution integrated unique customer information into bar codes on every POS and direct response program.  Coupon redemption could be tracked to individual customers.

As a result the PSA client was able to gather and accumulate customer information and behavior, shape its marketing initiatives to more closely match customer preferences, and increase customer satisfaction and ROI.
